Our Story

Built by pastors, for pastors.

StewardOS was born from a simple, painful truth: most churches lose 60–80% of first-time visitors not because they don't care, but because they lack the systems to act on that care consistently.

The problem we couldn't ignore

In 2018, our founder David Mercer was leading a thriving congregation of 280 people. Every Sunday, new faces appeared. Every Monday, the follow-up fell through the cracks — a sticky note lost, a spreadsheet not updated, a volunteer who forgot to call.

He tried every CRM on the market. They were either built for corporations or so complex that volunteers gave up after two weeks. The pastoral heart was there. The system wasn't.

So he built one. StewardOS is the platform David wished he had — simple enough for any volunteer, powerful enough to close the back door for good.

Every person who walks through your doors is a divine appointment. They deserve a church that remembers their name next Sunday.
