Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StewardOS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

StewardOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your church's internal purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

StewardOS offers monthly and annual subscription plans. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Free Trial

StewardOS offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will be deactivated. Your data will be retained for 30 days after deactivation.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into StewardOS, including information about your church members and visitors. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service, and we will return or delete your data upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

StewardOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
